Questions
Which areas do you cover?
Lisbon, Almada, Costa da Caparica, Charneca da Caparica, Aroeira, Seixal and Set煤bal. Also Cascais and Oeiras.
What does a quote cost?
The quote is free. Send photos first, then we visit, measure and send a written quote within 3 working days.
Do you do structural work?
No. We do finishing work: walls, plastering, painting, flooring, sockets and lighting, bathrooms and kitchens. For structural work you need an engineer and a structural builder.
How do payments work?
In stages. Each payment is linked to a finished stage of the job, and the stages are written in the quote.
I live abroad. Can you still do the job?
Yes. You get photo updates at each milestone, and we can do the final walk-through by video call.
Who buys the materials?
Either way works. We can buy them, or you choose them yourself. The quote shows exactly which materials are included.
Which languages do you speak?
English and Dutch with Marco. Portuguese is also available.
